If regrettably, you find our item(s) have the following issues that could not meet your requirements, you have the right to return the item(s) to get a refund. We do not accept unauthorized returns. This includes any items returned without first talking to a customer representative.

1. Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, You can return the package within 7 days after receiving the package. Please send us your order number and return tracking number. We will return the order amount to you within 2 working days against your original method of payment after receiving the return. You will receive your refund in approximately 1 - 3 days, depending on how quickly your bank processes it.

1) For any undamaged product, It be in the original packaging, Unused does not affect secondary sales.

2) The returned product must have been purchased directly from fanrek.com.

3) Please return the product within 7 days after initiating the return request.

2. Refund Policy:

If you have not received the goods for more than 4 weeks or received damaged products that cannot be used normally.

Please provide us with your order number and pictures of damaged product, We will refund the full amount or resend new item to you and you do not need to return the product.

We will refund the order amount to you against your original method of payment within 2 working days.

3. Exchange Policy:

You can exchange the product within 7 days after receiving the package.
